If there was any Indian dish which combines green vegetables with meat then it has to be "Murg Palak". Murg = Chicken and Palak = Spinach. Its green, its spicy, its thick and it's absolutely delicious to say the least.
I usually have it with roti (flat bread) or rice. Since it needs ample time to prepare, it's a delicacy which is cooked once in a while at place.
